In QuickBooks, Sumlino’s helpers are read-only: they read what is on screen and prompt your review. Batch cleanup in the dashboard changes records only after you preview and confirm each batch, and runs against a sandbox company for now. Sumlino never posts to the general ledger on its own.

A few things to know.

No. Every plan is free until billing starts. The prices on this page are the planned launch prices in US dollars. Joining does not add a card or start a subscription; we will tell you well before anything changes.

Anyone who joins before billing starts can take Pro at $15 a month billed yearly when billing starts, and that rate stays for as long as the subscription continues. The planned standard price is $24 a month billed yearly, or $29 month to month. If you let the subscription lapse and come back later, the price on the page at that time applies.

One QuickBooks Online company you keep notes, follow-ups and shortcuts for. Starter holds three; Pro is unlimited. In QuickBooks, Sumlino’s helpers only read what is on your screen. The dashboard can connect to a company you authorize for its client overview, which only reads, and for batch cleanup, which changes records only after you preview and confirm each batch, never on its own.

Starter and Pro workspace features are available now, with the QuickBooks helpers read-only. Voice notes are a limited pilot. Dashboard batch cleanup is a sandbox preview: you can filter, select and preview changes, and only fictional test records can be applied until live-company changes are enabled. The dashboard’s client overview (close progress, financials, what needs attention and a balance sheet you can break down to the accounts) reads a sandbox company today and never changes records. The Team plan’s firm workspace (invitations, roles, client access and a shared inbox for notes and to-dos) arrives with seat billing at launch. Pro+ client reporting is coming soon; the public report is a fictional preview, and paid reporting is not active.

The interactive walkthrough runs in your browser with fictional clients and no account. Members sign in with Google or Microsoft to use the extension beside QuickBooks Online. The public Chrome Web Store listing is not available yet.

When personal billing opens, you’ll be able to cancel renewal and keep paid access until the end of the paid period. After that, Starter keeps your saved personal notes and to-dos. Switching between monthly and yearly terms isn’t available yet.
